Week Two, January 19, 2004 started with the temperature of Zero. Not much improvement the rest of the week. A little snow was added to the mix too. None the less, the General Contractor, Bane-Nelson placed their construction site trailer and concrete forms. Powers Lake Construction managed two days of additional site preparation. Other than that, the week was pretty much a wash.
